File Transfer Log button
Each account has an associated File Transfer Log button. Pressing the button displays the file transfers for all users (when reviewing the account as admin), no matter which account is being reviewed. Is there a way to limit the information displayed to the account currently being reviewed? Also, while it looks like transfers from 2009 were logged, nothing has logged since we moved to 2010. Is there a toggle that we might have inadvertently disabled for this feature? Thanks

If you want to review a specific accounts file transfers you can either log on as the user or export the entire report to excel and sort by the Userid. In the next release we do plan on changing the File Transfer button on the account screen so that if you are an Admin it will only print that users transactions. There is no feature to disable logging in Web File Transfer. Could you set me up with an account so I can log on to your system.
