In today's fast paced global economy the ability to transfer files between organizations is becoming increasingly critical. In many cases sending files via CD , Dat tape or on a floppy is just simply no longer an option due to shortened delivery times and the need to respond quickly. Our product will ensure that you can transfer large files easily using the web based file manager that eliminates the hassles of using other electronic methods.

Web File Transfer Version 4.0 Release Notes

	The key enhancement in this release of our web file server is the ability to be able to E-Mail a link to a web page that allows for recipients of the e-mail to be able to download files without requiring an account. This new feature makes it incredibly easy to send large files.

Details on how E-Mail Web Links are implemented

Step 1

Select the files you want to send an E-Mail Web Link to and then click on the E-Mail Web Link button.

Step 2

Add the e-mail addresses of the individuals you want to send these files to and then click send. If you choose to ask for a DownLoad Receipt then the user will be prompted for this when they get the files.

Step 3

The user will then receive an e-mail and they can click on the web link to obtain the files.

Step 4

The user then downloads the files and can send an e-mail confirmation with any comments that are e-mailed to the sender.

Step 5

The sender of the files then receives an e-mail confirming that the recipient has received them.
